We teach the fore-foot method, which results in improved performance and less stress on the body (compared to heel-striking). Whether you are a first time runner, preparing for your first 5k, or an experienced marathoner looking to get better, we have the training program that will help you reach your goals.
Unlike most gyms that have a “running” program or class, we work with you as an individual, and help you realize your specific running goals, with a program that is custom-tailored to your abilities and requirements.
We never use a “one-size-fits-all” approach that is common with most other programs. In addition to working on the mechanics of running, we will show you how to properly stretch and warm-up, as well as discussing the importance of hydration and the various methods of replenishing lost fluids while running.
